Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate daily production activities between production, QC, QA, logistics, and procurement teams.
● Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution as per planning.
● Track raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods inventory; coordinate replenishment.
● Support dispatch planning, shipment scheduling, and documentation.
● Maintain and update MIS reports, production records, manpower data, and operational dashboards.
● Assist in implementing SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
● Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors.
● Escalate operational issues and help drive quick resolutions.
● Support audits (internal/external) with required documentation.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Operations or related field.
● Relevant years of experience in chemical manufacturing/industrial operations.
● Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and basic ERP systems.
● Understanding of production workflow, plant operations, and safety norms.
