1. Design and Content Creation:

• Assist in creating visual assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, brochures, banners, logos, and presentations.

• Collaborate on the production of digital and print materials.

2. Brand Consistency:

• Ensure designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

4. Revisions and Feedback:

• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from senior designers and clients.

5. Research and Inspiration:

• Stay updated on design trends and tools, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the team’s creative output.

6. File and Asset Management:

• Organise and maintain digital files, ensuring accessibility for the team.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).

• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

• Familiarity with Canva, and Figma is essential.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
