Job Title: Manager – Contract & External Manufacturing (Speciality Chemicals)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop contract and external manufacturing partners for speciality chemicals.
- Coordinate tech transfer, scale-up, and commercial production with external manufacturers.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Monitor production schedules, costs, yields, and timelines to ensure seamless supply.
- Act as a single point of contact between R&D, QA, SCM, and manufacturing partners.
- Support vendor qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Relevant years of experience in contract/external manufacturing within speciality chemicals.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and tech transfer.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
