Job Description
We are looking for P&L Owners to handle Specialty Feed Ingredients Portfolio. This role will be responsible for end-end ownership of Business- Develop a vision for the business and execute it, Product portfolio selection, Sales in global and domestic markets, Strategic sourcing, evaluating manufacturing, driving product development and R&D, Building and Mentoring teams
Key Responsibilities
● Build a road map for the business in terms of vision, product portfolio, and execute it
● We are a team of entrepreneurs- with extreme ownership and drive to build a business which will outlast our careers. Looking for someone with the same attitude
● Min. 3 years of sales & sourcing experience in specialty feed ingredients
● Familiarity with International markets in Feed Ingredient.
● Willingness to travel - be with the customer to build a relationship, understand his/her pain points and evaluate/establish vendors and manufacturing plants.

Qualifications
● Minimum of 3 Years of experience in Business development/Sales of Feed Ingredients
