Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Growth, and will be responsible for driving adoption, revenue impact, and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and battle cards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
  • Drive content strategy in partnership with Growth and Marketing teams.
  • Own product narratives across website, campaigns, and external communications.
  • Analyze product adoption metrics and optimize messaging based on insights.
  • Support pricing and packaging strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product roles.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, deep-tech, or platform-based businesses preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy and lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling messaging.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
