Job Summary
Responsible for leading analytical method development, validation, and troubleshooting activities for raw materials, intermediates, APIs, formulations, specialty chemicals, and agrochemical products. Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and ICH guidelines while supporting R&D, scale-up, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, LC-MS, etc.
  • Perform stability studies, impurity profiling, and method transfers.
  • Review analytical data, SOPs, protocols, and reports.
  • Ensure laboratory compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor analytical development team members.
  • Support process development, technology transfer, and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications
  • M.Sc./Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Experience 8–15 years of experience in analytical method development within Pharma, Specialty Chemical, or Agrochemical industries.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of analytical instruments and validation techniques.
  • Good understanding of ICH, GLP, GMP requirements.
  • Leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
