Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager – International Business Development (Exports) to drive global sales and business expansion for our Fruit Pulp & Concentrates portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in international B2B sales, key account management, export operations, and market development across global markets. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and strengthening strategic partnerships while ensuring seamless export execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key export markets.
  • Drive B2B and P2P business development for fruit pulp and concentrate products.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of international customers and channel partners.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to generate new business.

Key Account Management

  • Manage strategic global accounts and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized commercial solutions.
  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and annual business reviews.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Export Operations & Order Management

  • Manage the complete export sales cycle from enquiry to order execution.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, production, quality, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation requirements, and international trade standards.
  • Work closely with quality teams to address customer requirements and product-related queries.

Required Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in International Business Development/Export Sales.
  • Strong experience in Fruit Pulp, Fruit Concentrates, Food Ingredients, Beverage Ingredients, or Processed Food Exports.
  • Proven experience in managing international distributors, importers, and key global accounts.
  • Experience in opening new international markets and driving export growth.
