Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Design Intern to join our marketing team for a 3-6 month project. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in graphic design and video editing, with a passion for creating compelling visual content. As a Design Intern, you will be exposed to the campaign copy and creative design process for various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, and more. You will work closely with the marketing team, interacting with copywriters and campaign managers, and develop skills in analyzing creatives and optimizing ad copy for paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of graphic design and video content for various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and requirements for ad creatives.
  • Work with copywriters to develop visually engaging designs that effectively communicate campaign messaging and brand identity.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Ads, Figma, Canva, and video editing software to create and edit ad creatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and campaign goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for ad concepts and campaigns.
  • Assist in the review and optimization of ad creatives based on performance data and feedback from campaign managers.
  • Gain exposure to the AI-driven creative optimization process and contribute to the development of AI-driven ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and alignment with campaign timelines.
  • Learn and develop skills in analyzing ad creative performance metrics and optimizing ad copy for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Take initiative to learn new design techniques and tools, seeking opportunities for skill development and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong creative and design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
  • Interest in digital marketing and advertising, with a desire to learn about the creative design process for various channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivated, with a passion for creativity and continuous learning.
