As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for hiring the best people out there for a variety of positions in various departments. What’s the job?

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment process, from job advertising to conducting in-depth HR interviews, provisioning offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with our hiring managers to profile the best candidates and design the hiring process
  • Plan and initiate recruitment workflow.
  • Source using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talent.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of talents while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with other internal and external partners on process improvements, employer branding, and various other initiatives.
  • Full time position, flexible working hours, one day work from the office that is located in Ra'anana

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting end-to-end within global tech companies
  • Proven experience in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates via social networks and alternative recruiting sources.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with partners at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment.
