About the job

Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented Analyst for the Commercial Solutions Team who lives the Twilio Magic to support our North American Go-to-Market motion. This is an exciting role for the individual to gain and expand their broad spectrum of cross functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). This role will work to appropriately structure the deal to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both the customers and Twilio! You will be passionate, dedicated and have the ability to understand complex problems while providing explanations and solutions which are sound and clearly communicated.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Establish trusted working relationships with Commercial Solutions team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sales.
  • Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to our Sales partners, as well as troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues with deal velocity especially during month and quarter end.
  • Help educate, guide, and ensure that the Sales and GTM Operations Team follows the proper internal contracting policies and processes.
  • Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including: CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution and opportunity closure.
  • Under supervision of manager or senior team member, collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting (order form) in compliance with corporate policies.

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus minimum 2 years experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations. If no degree, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is required.
  • A diligent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized.
  • Self-starter with a “can do” attitude who is comfortable asking questions
  • Advanced Excel skills

Desired:

  • Knowledge and/or experience using online sales and/or document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.

Location

This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $69,000 - $87,000
  • Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $82,000 - $92,000
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
