About The Role

Junior sales account (fixed-term contract)

sennder is looking for motivated candidates to start their career in our sales academy as junior sales account.

You will have the opportunity to join an exciting sales program for 12 months and by the end of the journey you will be able to acquire and develop strategic clients and pushing our growth in Italy.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Build up your skills in order to grow into a sales professional
  • Learn how to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the operations department and pricing function to ensure that clients receive an excellent service

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE:

  • Passion about sales or commercial roles (B2B) and Freight forwarding industry / road transport
  • Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years’ experience as customer service/sales B2B
  • A real hunter-mind, with the ability to influence an audience
  • A self-starter with a hands-on approach
  • Ideally a native level of Italian language and a very good English knowledge

You will help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our sales program, based out of the Milan office.
