What We Are Looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a VP, Enterprise Sales - North America, who displays a deep passion for and proven track record of strategic business planning and development. The VP will have the responsibility for driving revenues beyond $600M and leading a team of 300 - 500 people. Preferably, the VP will have made a career from being the accelerator - driving hyper revenue growth, building sales organizations, and creating Go-to-Market strategies that capture market share in competitive and fast-paced economic climates. The VP will Lead, coach, build and motivate a diversified sales team to develop and segment robust vertical markets and business units.
What You Will Do?
- Lead a high-performance sales organization of RVPs, Regional Directors and Field Account Executives
- Build a team of top talent and deliver productivity that consistently exceeds standards and objectives
- Build consistent Go-to-Market Sales strategies that align to global direction but are localized for different market segments to build pipeline and ultimately exceed revenue growth targets
- Execute value-based solution selling techniques and further develop a culture of consultative sales
- Drive Corporate revenue growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and AE sourced pipeline, extreme focus on new logo acquisition, skilled at both velocity based and strategic sales cycles, strategic account planning, cross selling new products/use cases to existing customers
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent providing career development and performance management so that at least 65% exceed quota and we experience no more than 10% regrettable attrition
- Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with teams around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment and revenue realization
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Renewals, Customer Success, BD, and Marketing) on strategy and execution to drive adoption, increase productivity, and reduce/eliminate customer churn
What Skills and Knowledge You Should Bring?
- 15+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, with a track record of over attainment
- 10+ years of building and leading high-performance SaaS B2B sales teams
- 3rd line leadership experience a must
- Experience in the security/SaaS industries
- Solid technical and commercial skills with an ability to operate independently
- Superb communication and presentation skills; able to communicate at the C-level and build a communication cadence for the Americas organization
- Willing to travel ~40%
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred
