What are we looking for?

Looking for a hands-on experience that allows you to make a meaningful impact? We're hiring a resourceful Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to support our team in driving continuous improvement and elevating the processes in our Talent Team. We're looking for someone self-motivated, naturally curious, and passionate about creating positive organizational change. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Talent Operations in North America to support day to day administrative tasks, including: recruitment process support and systems onboarding
  • Systems Administration: configure ATS (Applicant Tracking System), customize, optimize, troubleshoot, audit candidate and job records
  • Reporting: partner with TA Systems and Data Analyst to support regional reporting requests and data integrity
  • Work on special projects to enhance and streamline recruiting processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What skills and experience should you bring?

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in communications or an HR related field, graduating in Fall 2024 or Summer 2025
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner across all levels of an organization
  • Manage multiple, high priority tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel preferred
  • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) preferred

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some

locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$27$32 USD
