We are a values-driven team where names are known, results are rewarded, and friendships are formed. Trust, accountability, relentlessness, ingenuity, and OneSentinel define the pillars of our collaborative and unified global culture. We're looking for people that will drive team success and collaboration across SentinelOne. If you’re enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!

What we are looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Software Release Manager to develop and drive global change control across SentinelOne’s technical landscape. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of our Control Management Platform and collaborate with approximately 15 Agile Engineering teams as well as UX, PM, and Technical Documentation teams.

Are you a courageous self-starter with a technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you think strategically without losing sight of the details? Do you enjoy driving scale, transforming culture, and solving problems through data-driven approaches? If so, you may be a great fit for this role.

What will you do?

  • Influence teams to deliver their components and ensure the end-to-end flow is satisfying both the developer productivity and the business priorities (quality, security, compliance)
  • Reliably deliver quality releases, with minimal developer friction to heterogeneous public clouds and regulatory environments.
  • Lead an improvement in the current processes and build a standard path to production workflows in Jira for major releases, patches, and hotfixes
  • Verify that the documented processes have been followed for each release (control ownership) and drive the creation of automated workflows
  • Triage waivers/extensions and ensure proper signoff
  • Enforce production readiness documentation updates ahead of each release and partner with SRE and GSS to ensure that this documentation meets their needs
  • Train and track adherence to the branching and versioning strategy of S1 overall

What Skills and Experience Will You Need?

  • 5+ years experience in software development, technical operations, SRE, or release management in companies with mature CI/CD systems
  • Ability to work with executive leadership and all levels of the organization
  • Experienced in driving change and large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Strong communicator who can communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly. Demonstrated experience synthesizing data to craft the narrative
  • Possess excellent judgment, and are highly collaborative with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategically adept
  • Self-aware, courageous, adaptable, calm under pressure, able to operate in high-pressure, chaotic situations

Why us?

You will work on real-world problems and make an impact by protecting our customers from cyber threats. You will join a cutting-edge project and will be able to influence the architecture, design and structure of our core platform. You will tackle extraordinary challenges and work with the very BEST in the industry.
