What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract to be onsite in our headquarters in Mountain View, CA to partner with our Recruiting team who knows a thing or two about taking care of people, especially executive-level candidates. As someone who is unwavering in their pursuit of helping others and improving the candidate and employee experience, you’ll use your exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to help us build a world-class candidate experience and work culture across the organization.

What will you do?

  • Greet candidates in our Mountain View, CA office and provide them with a white glove candidate experience
  • Coordinate the entire candidate life cycle for varying levels of roles
  • Manage complex scheduling of the entire interview process and external meetings
  • Schedule and coordinate all details (hotel, transportation, meals, meeting/session coordination) for various internal and external offsite meetings, site visits, etc.
  • Work closely with sourcers, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and the executive team across the company to help us hire phenomenal talent
  • Maintain a deep level of confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Establish trusted relationships with Executive Assistants to support leadership schedules
  • Conduct or assist with audits and compliance reviews
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned such as training, process improvements, and projects

What experience and skills should you bring?

  • 3+ years in HR and/or recruiting coordination experience, tech industry experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating interviews for executive teams
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience with data entry and use of HRIS systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, and an attention to detail balanced with the drive to get things done
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a professional business appearance and attitude at all times
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization as well as Executive Assistants for interview/debrief scheduling
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and organization
  • Ability to work within ambiguity, be a problem-solver, and take initiative
  • Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some

locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$38$40 USD
