As the owner of our partner incentive administration, this role will be expected to define key metrics to measure program success and create reports/analysis/dashboards that track program and partner progress. This person will also be assisting with other partner operation activities from helping to activate partners into our program and systems, to answering partner questions that come in from our partner portal. The right individual has deep experience with Global Partner Programs that support a software focused partner sales organization. This individual likes to work independently and thrives in a fast paced hyper growth environment. Understanding various go-to-market partner types and overall global partner processes that support a Partner Program is a must have for our ideal candidate. And they should have experience managing 3rd party vendors that help us with our partner program incentive execution.

  • Track and maintain the proper incentive contacts to pay for each qualifying Partner to ensure we have the right data in our systems
  • Maintain a list of open items and work them to completion, including tracking exception requests and working them through the approval and payment process
  • Act as the lead representative for partner operations in financial audits relative to investments and partner payments
  • Support each new SPIFF launch with answering questions and coordinating with our rewards vendor and internal teams
  • Be the single point of contact for our partners regarding SPIFFs, providing Partners with a list of earnings by incentive type

  • Work closely with Finance, our Channel Sales organization and our Partner Program team
  • Help define and track key metrics to measure program and partner success with the various incentive offerings
  • Present to various internal audience and key stakeholders on our incentive administration, payments, and outcomes. Identify what worked well, what can be improved in follow-on programs
  • Be flexible and willing to assist with other partner program components outside of incentive and program administration work
