What are we looking for?

At SentinelOne, Talent Acquisition is critical to the growth and scalability of our global organization. We’re looking for an intern to join the team in the EMEA region.

In this role, you will report to our Director of Talent Acquisition and you’ll play an essential part in the success of our EMEA / APJ teams. You’ll partner and develop relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across our People, Sales, Legal, IT, and procurement teams. Primarily focused on coordinating interview cycles, and sourcing candidates, while learning all facets of recruiting end to end. This may include reviewing our internal TA and People processes, co-hosting onboarding sessions, processing new hire details and collaborating with the benefits and IT team to ensure day-1 readiness for our new hires.

What will you do?

  • Coordination: manage various interview cycles, scheduling, coordinating calendars and influencing efficiency through collaboration.
  • Candidate experience: ensure we’re providing the best experience for all candidates from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Operations: partner with cross-functional teams and Talent Operations team to help streamline recruitment processes to align globally
  • Reporting: partner with TA Systems and Data Analyst to support regional reporting requests
  • Process: ensure a consistent hiring process globally and own aspects of GDPR compliance, audits, and contract generation process.

What skills and experience should you bring?

  • Proficiency in Google
  • Capability to learn new systems & tools such as our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Good Attitude with a passion for learning.
  • Love of People
  • Detail oriented
  • Self starter
  • You’re analytical and have strong problem-solving skills with confidence working with data
  • You’re a capable and confident communicator
  • You’re no stranger to a fast-changing environment, with a “do what it takes” mentality
  • You should be enrolled in a degree-seeking program
