What are we looking for?

The Data Analytics Manager will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, Revenue Planning and will be responsible for ad hoc analyses of our growing business and tasked with looking for trends and leading indicators to help shape our strategies. The candidate must be innately curious about gathering accurate, insightful information to make clear, data-driven business decisions. This person will support Finance in understanding sales and product trends and help drive more accurate forecasting.

What you will do?

  • Analyze data to shed light on key business questions and present on findings
  • Act as the primary point of contact between finance and IT teams, fostering effective communication and alignment on system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Think creatively to find optimal solutions to our complex, often unstructured problems
  • Identify weaknesses in processes, data, and systems, and drive improvements
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track ARR, NRR, pipeline performance, sales stages, and conversion rates.
  • Perform thorough data analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Create and update interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
  • Gather and integrate sales pipeline data from CRM systems and other relevant sources.
  • Recommend and adopt best practices for data management and analysis.
  • Work with a wide range of finance and technical stakeholders to identify use cases and gather requirements for analysis, reporting, and automation
  • Build and maintain user friendly documentation for data models, metrics, and reporting
  • Build and refine predictive models to forecast sales performance and identify market trends
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive analytics that support strategic decision-making
  • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance sales analytics capabilities
  • Develop AI-driven insights to identify sales opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance customer segmentation
  • Stay current with AI and machine learning advancements to apply best practices and innovative approaches to sales analytics

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in Engineering, Information Systems, or Finance etc.
  • 4+ years of Finance, Business Intelligence, Sales Ops or Marketing experience with an emphasis on data modeling and analysis
  • Experience using SQL to perform analysis, standardize queries, and build large-scale relational datasets
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Tableau dashboards
  • Ability to communicate in an effective and efficient manner with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • A passion for taking ownership and introducing structure and simplicity when faced with vague, complex problems
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with key business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau) required

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some

locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$144,640$198,880 USD
