What we are looking for?

The Employee Experience Lead is tasked with crafting and executing strategies to elevate the employee experience, cultivate a positive work environment, and boost employee engagement and retention. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the organization's values are consistently represented throughout the employee lifecycle. While the primary focus will be on managing the North American experience, the role also necessitates alignment and collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.


What will you do?

  • Strategy Development and Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for improving our existing employee experience programs, focusing on engagement, culture, and satisfaction.
  • Program Management: Design, implement, and manage programs related to onboarding, development, recognition, and wellness that contribute to a positive employee experience.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Support response to feedback mechanisms (e.g., employee surveys) to gather insights on the employee experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to employee engagement, turnover, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: A professional chameleon capable of connecting with people in a range of positions from an intern event to an Executive staff meeting. Work closely with departments such as Executives, IT, Facilities, DEI, People Business Partners, and Communications to ensure a cohesive and positive experience across all employee touchpoints within the Americas.
  • Culture Champion: Act as a champion of the organization's culture and values, ensuring they are integrated into employee experience strategies and practices. Be present in the office to ensure you understand and relate with the existing culture. Influence change through improved connection and relationship building.
  • Vendor Management and Budget Ownership: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners tied to employee experience. Own any procurement process required to drive existing programs and partner with finance to track and manage the associated budget.
  • Creative Energy: Can conceptualize ideas from scratch & build a program in line with our diverse employee population that considers in office events & remote work force.


What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of enhancing the employee experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, especially those related to employee engagement, culture, and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday), employee feedback tools (Culture Amp) and Reward application tools (Achievers) preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects, with a focus on execution and results.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with the flexibility of remote work as per SentinelOne company policy. Ideally present in Mountain View, CA headquarters for 2-3 days per week. Some travel may be required for company events, training, or site visits.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some

locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$176,280$242,950 USD
