What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our Emerging Business team at SentinelOne as part of our Small Business acceleration program.This role is crucial in transforming data into actionable insights and driving informed decision-making. It directly supports strategic initiatives and growth projects specifically tailored to small and medium-sized businesses. By leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and Tableau, you will directly impact our ability to optimize SMB performance and strategy. What will you do?
- Develop and manage reporting for the small business acceleration program: Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce and/ or Tableau to provide clear insights and data analysis for IT, sales and marketing operations.
- Integrate and analyze data: Combine data from multiple sources and perform campaign and lead reporting to produce cohesive and actionable reports. Experience in Power BI or Google Data Studio is highly desirable.
- Support data entry for various projects: Provide support with data entry and management for various projects, to ensure timely execution of small business initiatives and programs.
- Customer trial validation and support: Conduct Small Business trial validation, approvals, and support to ensure positive trial experiences.
- Utilize data warehouse knowledge and SQL: Leverage your knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and Google GA4 analytics to manage and manipulate data, ensuring accurate and effective reporting.
- Ensure data quality and governance: Implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance across all reporting and analysis activities.
- ETL and data automation: Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and skills in automating data collection, processing, and reporting to improve efficiency are highly desirable (but not required).
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and creating dashboards.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with Google GA4 analytics for web traffic analysis.
- Basic programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation (highly desirable but not mandatory).
