What are we looking for?

At SentinelOne, the People Team is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful People Operations Generalist to support our People Team in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

The People Operations Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer many aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role will support our People Leadership team, People Business Partners, and employees.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building scalable, tech-enabled people processes that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Support People Business Partners in various areas: ie Workday business process, reports/metrics, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Own Contingent Worker Process for North America and LATAM
  • Handle North America and LATAM employment verifications
  • Provide backup for new hire orientation
  • Ensure legal compliance with state and federal regulations and employment laws
  • Contribute to policy development and updates
  • Collaborate on People team projects and initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Partner with People Business Partners on employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Serve as a Workday power user, supporting data integrity, business process configuration, and audits
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to support data-driven decision making
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation within People Operations
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, improve knowledge management, and enhance employee self-service resources
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Legal on compliance and process improvements
  • Document and standardize SOPs to create scalable, repeatable processes
  • Continuously evaluate People systems and tools to improve efficiency, employee experience, and data accuracy

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years work experience in a People Operations role
  • Keen attention to detail and passion for data hygiene and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ethics
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (strong hands-on experience with Workday required), Google Suite, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
  • Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
  • Knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations
  • Experience improving operational efficiency through automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into insights and recommendations
  • Experience supporting distributed and/or global teams
  • Experience managing confidential data with a high degree of discretion and compliance rigor
  • Comfort working in high-growth or rapidly scaling technology environments
  • Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated experience in identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$108,000$120,000 USD
