Como Técnico de Servicio en Campo en ASP, desempeñarás un papel fundamental para garantizar que los hospitales y equipos quirúrgicos cuenten con equipos de esterilización que salvan vidas y funcionen a la perfección. Serás la experta técnica en sitio, resolviendo problemas complejos, manteniendo sistemas críticos y contribuyendo directamente a la seguridad del paciente y a los resultados clínicos. Lo que harás:

Instalar, validar y dar mantenimiento a los sistemas de ASP en hospitales y centros clínicos.

Solucionar problemas técnicos y brindar orientación experta al personal hospitalario, incluidos ingenieros biomédicos.

Gestionar tu territorio asignado, administrando las relaciones con los clientes, los cronogramas de servicio y el inventario.

Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones para maximizar el rendimiento y el tiempo de funcionamiento de los sistemas.

Documentar las actividades de servicio de manera precisa y oportuna, cumpliendo con los requisitos de cumplimiento y reporte.

Participar en un horario rotativo de guardias, incluyendo algunos fines de semana.

Levantar y mover equipos según sea necesario (hasta 36 kg / 80 lbs) y operar vehículos de la empresa de forma segura para viajes locales y regionales.

Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y clínicos para ofrecer soluciones centradas en el cliente que impulsen la satisfacción y lealtad.

Requisitos:

Experiencia en servicio de campo, ingeniería biomédica o puesto técnico similar.

Sólidas habilidades de servicio al cliente y comprobada capacidad de resolución de problemas.

Persona autónoma, organizada y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente.

Cómoda realizando trabajo físico, incluyendo levantar, estar de pie, agacharse y conducir.

Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio, con posibles pernoctas y guardias según sea necesario.

Dominio de programas básicos de cómputo (Word, Excel).
