Job title: Manager :Marketing and Marcom
Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive marketing plans including budget, reaching strategies and modes for major product and multiple market launches, campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
Lead the execution of market launches, campaigns, programs, or initiatives in collaboration with KOL /Sites as appropriate.
Analyse clinical and market data to assess regional impact of potential product launches.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform product launch plans and understand current market environment and competition.
Salesforce ( Both direct & indirect)readiness (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition).
Develop product materials and programs that support product launch , market reach and commercialisation strategies .
Make monthly competitive information updates for sales force and management
Directly responsible for strategic deployments of units for KOL development/clinical study/education purpose/publication
Drive Customer connect plan and develop strategy to engage in periodical manner
To drive direct reach for sales lead generation through mailers/calls/social media responses or telephonic calls
Budget , Plan ,lead & execute Conferences and CME's .
Develop the clinical story that supports the regional value proposition for major product launches.
Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership & Immediate Supervisor .
Develop plan to engage Key users, KOLs and Data partners to develop interesting clinical studies based on product attribute.
Develop the content to publish on social media with plan for regular reach ( fortnightly )
Build market data base for promotions and sales lead generation.
Designing all the marketing collaterals for sales team.
Engage with team to ensure we are active on digital marketing platforms through social media, blog, article etc( Digital Marketing & Social Media engagement will be part of this role )
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in science/ medicine/bio medical with 5+ years experience
MBA Marketing is must
Certification in digital marketing will be added advantage
Relevant experience in Diagnostics /Devices Marketing domain will be added advantage
Additional Skills:Proven successful marketing management skills.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Extensive knowledge of the organisation and competitive landscape while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
Extensive understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principles.
Ability to forecast product lines for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition and changing market dynamics.
Ability to assess and understand market share, pricing, competitive dynamics.
Possess strong clinical knowledge, experience and knowledge of the clinical areas where products are used or intended to be used, understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networks.
Strict attention to detail.
Ability to interact professionally with all organisational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organisation.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
