- Resolve application errors efficiently and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive feedback and suggestions for API improvements.
- Oversee the deployment, scaling, and management of applications on Azure.
- Maintain security, availability, and performance standards in the Azure environment.
- Address user queries and incidents with clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within agreed SLAs.
- Create logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
- Share insights on application health and suggest improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
As an Application Support Engineer, you must have
- Proficiency in tools like Sentry for error tracking and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of API troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services for application deployment and management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and users.
- Ability to work effectively in a UK/US shift environment.
