Currently we are on a lookout for a product manager, one who will be responsible for evaluating business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.

As an Senior PM, you will –

  • Own the product roadmap for Skeps, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for assigned modules.
  • Translate business requirements into clear PRDs and user stories.
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery to launch.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
  • Use data and user insights to guide product decisions and improvements.
  • Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress regularly.
  • Support go-to-market strategy and sales enablement activities.
  • Ensure scalability, usability, and performance of the product.
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve product-related issues.

As an Senior PM, you must have -

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B / SaaS / fintech platforms
  • Proven experience owning and delivering complex product roadmaps end-to-end
  • Strong ability to define product vision, strategy, and measurable success metrics
  • Hands-on experience writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success
  • Strong prioritization skills with experience managing backlogs in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics and KPIs
  • Experience conducting customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership
  • Experience supporting go-to-market launches and sales enablement
  • Solid understanding of product usability, scalability, and performance considerations
