As an Associate Product Manager, you will –

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Build and implement product processes, frameworks, and operating rigor to scale the organization.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.

• Drive key business metrics such as revenue, adoption, retention, conversion, and LTV.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, risk, compliance, and operations teams.

• Identify new product opportunities and scale existing platform capabilities.

• Ensure high standards of scalability, performance, and reliability across products.

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team.

• Align product initiatives with company-wide growth and go-to-market strategies.

As an Associate Product Manager, you must have -

• 12+ years of experience in product management with strong leadership exposure
• Experience working in Series B / growth-stage startups, bringing structure to scaling teams
• Proven ability to build processes, define product org structures, and drive execution at scale
• Strong background in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based products
• Understanding of lending, payments, or embedded finance ecosystems
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and driving product delivery
• Data-driven mindset with ownership of product and business metrics
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership decisions
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving complexity
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive outcomes end-to-end.
