Have you innovated and administered enterprise-grade Generative AI tools before? Our team has begun focusing on expanding it’s use use within the business and building integrations and processes that specifically target and improvement in business productivity. To do this we require somebody who is adept at creative problem solving and familiar with utilising Infrastructure as code to create automations. The team also administers and supports SaaS tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and O365 so any additional experience you have in these tools will be seen as an advantage.. You’ll be using these technologies to create a truly digital workplace for our thousands of employees. And that involves designing and operating cloud-native systems and services, including open-source, internally built and commercial third-party solutions. You can expect system administration and application support; troubleshooting and diagnosis; and automation and scripting. While a passion for developing yourself and learning to lead will take you far in this role, great communication skills will be essential when it comes to explaining technical changes to our internal users.

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be helping your colleagues to achieve their goals by enabling them with communication tools, applications and devices. You'll join the team in the administration and enhancement of a number of core business applications to create and deploy new solutions and tools and provide support to their global user base. The applications include task management, file management, and documentation as well as some purpose built tools.
