Tasks

• Identify, recruit, and mentor top teams globally to work on new apps and/or incorporate them into our existing game 'Pengu' (400k+ DAUs).
• Accelerate the rapid development and testing of new prototypes.
• Oversee the international launch of our upcoming successes.
• Initiate new growth strategies for Pengu.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge in specific app sub-segments.
• Stay at the forefront of major trends and consumer expectations.
• Lead the creation of effective processes.
  
  
  

Requirements

• You have a track record of being a top performer in various fields.
• You possess a strong sensitivity to UI/UX and a passion for applications.
• You are capable of being both hyper-logical and highly creative.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are receptive to feedback.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have worked at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG for the past two years.
• You have founded your own business (bonus point).
• You hold a quantitative degree from a top-tier university.
