Snyk is searching for a Senior Learning Delivery Partner who is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and growth programs for Snyk's global workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and the latest learning technologies. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, and a passion for both leadership development and full organizational development.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Designing and delivering onboarding programs that immerse new employees into the Snyk culture, and equip them with the tools they need to excel and hit the ground running.
  • Leading the content development and delivery of people manager development programs, empowering our leaders to effectively guide themselves and their teams to success.
  • Creating content materials at a high production level, leveraging tools like Articulate to develop engaging online learning experiences.
  • Remaining up-to-date on the latest learning technologies and trends in leadership development and full organizational development.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Learning and Growth team to create a learning culture at Snyk that supports leadership development and full organizational development.
  • Connecting with our diverse audience to foster effective and engaging learning experiences that resonate with employees at all levels.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ Years of Learning and Development and or program management experience.
  • Knowledge of how to design and develop effective learning experiences, understanding principles of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning content across various formats such as presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and simulations.
  • Experience conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps and define learning objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience delivering training sessions in-person or virtually, engaging participants and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Ability to influence and network effectively, establish credibility quickly, and build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and key client partners.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commitment to evaluating the impact of learning interventions and continuously improving programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
