Job Summary:

The Head of Identity Fraud Products will be responsible for driving the product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution for Sigma Identity, Sigma Synthetic, and Email/Phone/Address RiskScores. This role will lead the development and expansion of these solutions, focusing on aligning product innovations with market demands and business growth objectives.

As the leader of the Identity Fraud Product Line, you will collaborate across teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, integrating client feedback and market insights to refine and expand Socure’s suite of fraud products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Leadership and Strategy:

  • Strategic Vision: Define and lead the product vision and strategic roadmap for the Identity Fraud product line, scaling revenue from $50M+ to $100M+. Ensure products are positioned as market leaders in fraud prevention and identity verification.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead the development of innovative GTM strategies, expanding the reach of Sigma Identity, Sigma Synthetic, and RiskScores to new market segments, including international opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and market expansion.

Innovation and Product Development:

  • Product Innovation: Oversee the development and enhancement of Sigma Identity and RiskScores by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to build solutions that anticipate and address emerging fraud threats.

  • Client Feedback Integration: Establish a strong feedback loop with clients and integrate their insights into product development, ensuring Socure’s solutions consistently deliver high value and remain cutting-edge.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Market Expansion:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary teams, including Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Compliance, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration and alignment with broader business goals.

  • Customer Engagement and Insights: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations. Leverage customer feedback to refine product features and drive continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Product Optimization:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement performance metrics to track product success, user engagement, and market impact. Use data insights to optimize product features and drive business growth.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with Socure’s broader strategic goals and business objectives.

  • Industry Advocacy: Serve as an industry thought leader, representing Socure at key industry events, forums, and customer engagements. Advocate for Socure’s leadership in fraud prevention and identity verification technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12+ years of relevant Product Management experience, particularly in fraud prevention or identity verification, with a proven track record of managing and scaling successful product lines.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product strategy in collaboration with executive leadership, engineering, data science, and sales teams.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of fraud prevention, predictive analytics, and identity verification solutions, with experience in data-driven product development.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps, ensuring products align with market demands and business growth objectives.

  • Collaboration: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment between diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Innovation Focus: Proven ability to drive product innovation by leveraging client feedback, market insights, and industry trends to develop cutting-edge solutions.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, MS, or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business).

  • Experience working with large datasets and feedback data, including graph databases.

  • Familiarity with global fraud prevention trends and experience in driving product adoption in international markets.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $250,000 - $320,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
