Overview
The Total Rewards Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Total Rewards and play a vital role in supporting the strategy development, design, implementation, and administration of Socure’s compensation programs and will assist with benefits related initiatives on an as needed basis.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the performance management and compensation review cycles, coordinating with managers and HR teams to ensure a consistent, fair, and equitable process.
Administer equity programs including analysis of external trends
Works closely with systems team to enhance compensation reporting and to automate compensation processes where applicable
Design and prepare reports summarizing research and analysis, and present recommendations to People Partners
Collaborates with People Partners in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.
Provides training and instruction to the People and Experience team as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.
Assists in the development, writing, editing, and modification of Compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5 or more years of experience managing compensation programs in fast paced technology companies
Comprehensive knowledge of the compensation functions as well as general knowledge of other areas of human resources.
Knowledge to develop and implement compensation programs for Socure and understands how they and other initiatives may impact various areas of the business.
Analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations as well as effective written and verbal communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and employees and leaders throughout Socure
Ability to complete multiple assignments on time.
Strong interpersonal skills to interface with business units and other areas of human resources.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing work assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong analytic and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and formulate a recommendation for management consideration.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and leadership to influence outcomes while acting in a consultant capacity.
Experience with HR Information Systems and advanced proficiency in GSuite.
Salary Disclosure:
Base Salary range: $137,000-$155,000
