Overview

The Total Rewards Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Total Rewards and play a vital role in supporting the strategy development, design, implementation, and administration of Socure’s compensation programs and will assist with benefits related initiatives on an as needed basis.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance management and compensation review cycles, coordinating with managers and HR teams to ensure a consistent, fair, and equitable process.

  • Administer equity programs including analysis of external trends

  • Works closely with systems team to enhance compensation reporting and to automate compensation processes where applicable

  • Design and prepare reports summarizing research and analysis, and present recommendations to People Partners

  • Collaborates with People Partners in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.

  • Provides training and instruction to the People and Experience team as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.

  • Assists in the development, writing, editing, and modification of Compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5 or more years of experience managing compensation programs in fast paced technology companies

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the compensation functions as well as general knowledge of other areas of human resources.

  • Knowledge to develop and implement compensation programs for Socure and understands how they and other initiatives may impact various areas of the business.

  • Analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations as well as effective written and verbal communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and employees and leaders throughout Socure

  • Ability to complete multiple assignments on time.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface with business units and other areas of human resources.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing work assignments and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and formulate a recommendation for management consideration.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and leadership to influence outcomes while acting in a consultant capacity.

  • Experience with HR Information Systems and advanced proficiency in GSuite.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $137,000-$155,000
