This is a base salary range for this job based on the job requirements.

About the Role:

Socure’s mission is to verify 100% of good identities in real time and eliminate identity fraud across the digital world. To achieve that, we need differentiated, industry-specific narratives and strong ecosystem partnerships that translate our AI-driven platform into measurable customer impact.

The Head of Vertical & Partner Product Marketing leads the strategy and execution for how Socure shows up across priority industries and strategic partners. This role owns vertical positioning, solution packaging, and partner go-to-market strategy — driving pipeline, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation.

This is a senior leadership role operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.

What You’ll Do:

Vertical Product Marketing:

  • Define and lead vertical marketing strategy across key industries (e.g., Tier 1 Banks, Fintech, Payments, Marketplace & Gig, Gaming, Workforce, Public Sector).

  • Develop clear ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and competitive positioning aligned to each GTM pod.

  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Revenue Marketing to embed differentiated data and insights into vertical narratives.

  • Deliver field-ready enablement (decks, playbooks, battlecards, ROI tools, customer stories) that improves win rates and accelerates deal velocity.

Vertical Campaign Management:

  • Partner closely with our GTM leaders to build and execute on campaigns focused on creating qualified pipeline from target accounts

  • Drive increased awareness within target verticals to establish Socure as the standard identity and fraud infrastructure

  • Coordinate a holistic campaign strategy across all potential touchpoints including email, webinar, paid online, organic, SDR outreach, in person experiences, guerilla marketing, and more

  • Partner closely with RevOps to report on the success metrics for individual campaigns, driving a replication of what worked and learnings from what didn’t work

Partner & Ecosystem Marketing:

  • Build and scale partner marketing across networks, processors, platforms, and strategic consulting partners.

  • Develop joint value propositions and co-marketing initiatives that drive sourced and influenced pipeline.

  • Align closely with Channel and Direct Sales to support co-sell motions and revenue growth.

Leadership & Execution:

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of vertical and partner marketers.

  • Establish clear goals and KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, win rates, and strategic account growth.

  • Serve as the executive voice for vertical and partner marketing in planning cycles, QBRs, and leadership forums.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Data Science, and Marketing to ensure strong commercialization of new capabilities.

What You Bring:

  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant product marketing, vertical/industry marketing, and partner/channel marketing experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, identity, fraud, or risk environments.

  • 7+ years leading senior marketers and building scalable teams.

  • Demonstrated success building vertical and/or partner marketing functions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Strong ability to translate complex AI-driven or data-centric technology into clear, compelling industry narratives.

  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Analytical rigor and experience tying marketing programs to business outcomes.
