The role
As our Conversion Specialist, you will be applying the core principles of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to improve our B2B acquisition, diving into the complexity of the B2B buyer journey.
Data will be at the core of your approach to problem-solving and engaging with the rest of the Go-To-Market team. You will start from high-quality analysis on performance trends and navigate the organisation to lead cross-functional efforts to solve commercial and user experience challenges.
This is the perfect role to marry your data and business communication skills in a highly collaborative role within the Marketing team of a growing B2B SaaS company.
Responsibilities would include:
- Analysing performance trends across the Marketing funnel.
- Spotting opportunities for improvement in our web UX and Sales processes.
- Communicating impact to the Business to drive new initiatives and influence prioritisation.
- Forming committees with development and commercial teams to ensure success.
- Designing and implementing measurement strategies to test hypotheses.
- Documenting and sharing learnings with stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who must have
- Solid experience with conversion rate optimization experiments in a Growth or B2B Marketing role.
- Mastery of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau (preferred)
It would be nice if you have
- Degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or Data-related fields (preferred)
