The role

We are looking for a Lead Integration Analyst to join our Foundation and Integration team and play a key role in how Soldo designs, evolves, and scales its integrations ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and partners, and is central to our R&D efforts on integrations. This is not a developer role, but a highly analytical position requiring strong technical understanding.

You’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring integrations are designed for scalability and efficiency. You’ll work deeply with APIs, data flows, and enterprise systems to design integration approaches that are robust, reusable, and future-proof. You’ll act as a technical thought partner for internal teams and external providers, leading the discovery of new integration opportunities and transforming one-off solutions into standardized patterns that can be reused across markets, products, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze integration requirements and assess feasibility for standardization
  • Review APIs and integration flows proposed by internal teams or external partners
  • Define integration patterns, frameworks, and solution designs
  • Document integration designs and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines
  • Leverage learnings from existing integrations (e.g., SAP Concur, Sage, Xero, …) to define best practices
  • Interact directly with external stakeholders — including customers, technology vendors, and system integration partners — to gather requirements, validate assumptions, align on integration approaches, and ensure smooth collaboration across all parties

We are looking for someone who must have

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in integration processes and API analysis
  • Understanding of enterprise systems and data flows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of processes in major Accounting Systems (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, ….)
  • Strong Technical Background in Application and Service Integration

It would be nice if you have

  • Familiarity with integration platforms (Workato)
  • Basic development knowledge (Java, Python)
  • Experience with Expense Management (e.g. SAP Concur), ERP (e.g. SAP S/4 Hana), Procurement (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa) platforms.
