About the role
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Digital Marketer to join our team. This role will assist qualified pipeline growth through strategic lead generation across LinkedIn, Google, Naver, and other digital channels. You will manage campaign execution from initiation through to reporting, working cross-functionally with designers, content writers, internal marketing teams, sales, and external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is analytically minded, comfortable running A/B tests to continuously improve performance, and experienced in managing the full MQL-to-SQL journey. Korean language skills are required, as this role supports global market with focus on Korea. For “rest of the world” markets, this role will execute with the support of local translators.
This is a 6-month contractor position. Depending on performance & business needs, there may be an extension.
What you'll do
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Set up and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google/Naver SEM, display, and other relevant digital channels targeting both MQL and SQL audiences
Manage end-to-end campaign operations including asset trafficking, tracking setup (UTMs, pixels, tags), and pre-launch QA
Execute A/B tests across targeting parameters, ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and channels to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates
Coordinate with translators to adapt and localize campaigns for APAC and other target markets (i.e. LATAM)
2. Content & Asset Collaboration
Work closely with designers and content writers to develop high-performing lead generation assets including whitepapers, gated content, webinars, landing pages, and image/video creatives
Provide performance-driven feedback on creative assets to improve engagement and conversion metrics
Review landing pages and user flows to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and conversion readiness
Support the setup and monitoring of A/B tests on landing pages and creative assets
3. Performance Reporting & Data Analysis
Build, maintain, and update campaign dashboards and KPI reports across all active platforms
Collect, validate, and organize performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
Analyze funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, drop-off points) to surface trends and actionable insights
Prepare clear performance summaries and optimization recommendations for internal stakeholders
4. Budget & Administrative Operations
Support budget tracking, PO processing, vendor invoicing, and cost reconciliation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation to support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
What we're looking for
3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing
Proven experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Naver, and Google Ads (SEM)
Strong understanding of the B2B funnel and MQL/SQL definitions and handoff processes
Experience with A/B testing methodologies across targeting, content, and creative
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, or equivalent) with strong data literacy
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Korean & English language proficiency skills
Nice-to-have's
Experience supporting APAC or multi-market campaigns with localization
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
Experience working with gated content strategies: whitepapers, webinars, lead magnets
Background collaborating with creative teams (designers, copywriters) in a performance marketing context
Experience coordinating with external digital agencies
