What You'll Do
- Define the product vision and strategy for customer-facing experiences, balancing customer needs with business goals.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers and data insights to conduct usability studies, research and A/B testing to find opportunities to address customer struggles and optimise business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and partners to align product strategy with business needs
- Prioritize features and functionality across user experience and platform to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Use data to inform direction and leverage analytics to measure the efficiency of both user-facing features and platform performance.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for tracking performance and measuring product success.
- Oversee the development of the underlying platform capabilities, including APIs, integrations, and data pipelines, to ensure the smooth operation of customer-facing features.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the platform remains innovative and competitive
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products that are both user-focused and technically complex.
- You are experienced in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data, and insights.
- You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to team members at all levels;
- You can influence and partner effectively across all levels of an organization and regularly use these skills to improve the work around you.
- You know how to encourage, empower, and support a team to get things done.
- You feel comfortable working across multiple initiatives and balancing many priorities simultaneously.
- You have developed skills in unpacking ambiguous problems and forming clarity and direction around how to solve them.
- Experience leading and working with agile development teams.
Where You'll Be
- You'll be based in London, UK, or Stockholm, Sweden.
