What You'll Do
- Act as a liaison encouraging leader for the Spotify teams, including marketing, content and partnerships teams
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans with partners to achieve mutual business objectives
- Collaborate with partners to implement marketing plans including content creation, social media promotions, event activations, artist partnerships and more
- Actively work with partners to guide their marketing plans and execution, including analyzing creative strategies, media channels, target audiences and campaign metrics and follow-up with appropriate optimization measures
- Build deep relationships with key partners and their organizations so that we are a preferred and trusted partner
- Build brand partnership playbooks for standard processes, innovations and term sheet negotiations
- Proven risk assessment skills and ways to mitigate the same will be a part of everyday task
- Develop the early stage of client relationship and build the partnership deal together with related teams
Who You Are
- You have at least 10 years of experience in partner marketing/ brand partnership/ brand marketing roles
- Strong negotiation skills with partners to lock in the maximized opportunities
- Shown consumer marketing expertise to craft and implement the campaign
- Strong analytical skills along with data driven thinking
- Entrepreneurial & proactive approach and the ability to deliver multiple projects with high standards
- Great teammate and have history of cross-functional collaboration with both internal, external partners & global team members
- Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to make quick, balanced and cross-functionally business viable decisions
- Understands the importance of processes, legalities and other business critical logistics in the function
- You are a lover of music, fan of tech products and early adopter of new technologies
- Structured, imaginative, and forward-thinking
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills both in Korean and English
Where You'll Be
- You will be based out of our Seoul, South Korea office
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
