At Sprinter Health, our mission is to dramatically expand access to healthcare by reimagining the patient experience—delivered at home and powered by technology for scale.
We're looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial product manager (PM) to take ownership of the clinical data capabilities across our products and services. This is a role that promises day 1 impact and has an uncapped upper bound on individual trajectory, influence, and development.
About us:
We're building the technology and clinical services stack to make preventive, connected healthcare accessible for everyone in the US. We deliver hybrid care (in-home + virtual) backed by data products across 15+ states, serving 60%+ of the US population through major health plans and systems. With 1M+ patients and 92+ NPS, we're rapidly scaling our impact. Our team of technologists, clinicians, and operators is backed by investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel that have backed companies like Devoted Health, Livongo, Benchling, Stripe, Ramp, Airbnb, Lyft, Instagram, and Databricks.
Your mission, if you choose to accept:
As a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Data, your true north star will be to build, optimize, and scale our clinical data capabilities across external-facing data + services products as well as across our internal clinical and ops workflows.
Today, we integrate internal and external clinical sources like EHR, HIE, lab, medication, and diagnostics data to inform every patient encounter we have. We have also developed an external facing product at the intersection of clinical data and LLMs to more precisely identify and manage gaps in care of chronic diseases. This product–as a highly synergistic offering to our in-home care delivery–has gone from an idea to PMF over the course of several months with very compelling product footprint adjacencies that our partners are already demanding. You will take ownership of all of this product surface area.
Success in this role will be driven by incorporating actionable clinical insight at the point of care and patient engagement, ambitiously scoping and executing on a roadmap for our external clinical data product, and pushing the internal capabilities on how and where to incorporate other types of data (e.g. claims data) and additional AI/analytics approaches to drive patient impact.
From day one, you'll step into a role impacting tens of thousands of patient encounters, leveraging a compelling clinical data asset within a tech-forward culture balanced with deep respect for patient impact. You'll own a clinical data product with product market fit and immense product footprint expansion potential, with additional near-term leadership and management opportunities depending on your experience level. It's the ultimate sandbox for growth and impact.
Time to Build!
