This role owns technical success for Sprinto's most complex enterprise deals, partnering with senior CISOs and executive stakeholders across regulated industries. It combines deep information security expertise, enterprise solution design, and stakeholder management to drive complex sales cycles, influence product direction, enable seamless implementation handoffs, and establish best practices for enterprise solution engineering.
What Your Impact Will Look Like:
- Own the technical strategy and solutioning for Sprinto's most complex enterprise opportunities across BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, and other regulated industries.
- Build trusted relationships with senior CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, GRC leaders, and executive stakeholders by confidently discussing security architecture, control design, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
- Lead technical discovery, solution workshops, and tailored product demonstrations for complex, multi-entity enterprise environments.
- Design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs), sandbox evaluations, solution architectures, and business cases with clearly defined success criteria.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, IT, procurement, legal, compliance, and business teams.
- Drive technical wins by addressing enterprise security reviews, technical objections, and regulatory requirements across multiple frameworks.
- Ensure seamless handoffs to implementation and Customer Success teams, enabling successful customer onboarding and long-term adoption.
- Act as the voice of enterprise customers by influencing Sprinto's product roadmap with insights from regulated industries and large-scale deployments.
- Build and continuously improve enterprise solution engineering assets, including playbooks, competitive positioning, framework-specific messaging, and demo environments.
- Mentor Solution Engineers and help establish best practices for engaging senior technical buyers across enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
- 8–12+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales, Solution Architecture, Information Security, or GRC consulting.
- Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with senior security stakeholders across large organisations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance, with hands-on knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, NIS2, TISAX, and similar standards.
- Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements across APAC and EMEA, including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In, DPDP Act, and related security regulations.
- Strong cloud and SaaS architecture knowledge across AWS, Azure, GCP, identity management, and hybrid enterprise environments.
- Ability to engage experienced CISOs as a trusted advisor by discussing security strategy, control philosophy, audit readiness, and risk—not just product capabilities.
- Experience working with enterprise security or GRC platforms, or within consulting organisations advising large regulated enterprises.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business leaders while going deep with security practitioners.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success while operating with high ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.
