What you'll do?

  • Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement efficient and effective business processes across various departments to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies and Agile to drive operational excellence.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Change Management: Manage change initiatives by working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Training and Development: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate employees on new processes and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support, to identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  • Technology Integration: Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and enhance business processes

What you must have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, as well as familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
