What You Will Do?

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within target industries through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking initiatives.
  • Qualification and Needs Analysis: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, requirements, and objectives. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the suitability of our solutions for their specific needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the unique needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of customized proposals and quotations, outlining the features, benefits, and pricing of our solutions in alignment with the prospect's requirements.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining CRM records, organizing sales collateral, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Pipeline Management: Update and manage the sales pipeline in CRM software, tracking the progress of leads through the various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support the nurturing of client relationships by following up on inquiries, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to support strategic decision-making and sales strategies.

What you must have?

  • Bachelor's/Master’s management degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Known for putting structures and processes in place
  • Extremely high on coordination skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop senior-level relationships (functional and C-suite) to establish effective channels of communication
  • Ability to tailor communication to the clients' needs to drive customer centricity
