What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with exceptional UI/UX skills to join our Product & Design Team! Your primary responsibilities will include working with the team to bring ideas and solutions on the table for a variety of business challenges and user needs. You need to continuously think about new features and ideas that enhance our customers' experience. You will directly work with the Product team.

What will you do?

• Create the user experience and interface design process, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Create features using AI, AR, VR and other cutting edge technologies and translate them into final Web and App designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop product features.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices.

What you must have?

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• 4-6 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• 2-3 years of team handling experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
