Job Description

We are looking for someone with excellent organic marketing skills to join our Growth & Marketing Team! We, at Spyne, believe our next stage of growth is going to come from highly creative and focused Inbound Marketing efforts. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing the leads into customers, while ensuring proper attribution and reporting structures are in place. This is a hands-on role that will lead the demand generation team to help drive the optimization of our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, implementing and documenting integrated workflows and processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the SEO: setting clear measurable steps to increase the visibility of the core product suites across Visual merchandising (Image, 360, Video, 3D) and Platform (Dealer Storefront, Inventory Management, CRM, etc)
  • Manage the CRO: Optimize the entire funnel of inbound leads from Impression → Traffic → Signups → MQL → Demos and Deal Closure. Strategize calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Manage Email Marketing: Create email campaigns to target dealers across Americas, EMEA and APAC regions with the product pitches. Manage newsletters and generate brand awareness, leading to lead flow from emails.
  • Manage Marketing Automation: Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Manage Performance Marketing: Run various lead generation campaigns across Google, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn. Create and manage workflows and nurture campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, etc. within the HubSpot platform
  • Content Marketing: Work collaboratively with the content marketing team to manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Oversee the website: Wordpress management for major changes and making updates, modifications and landing pages yourself
  • Manage marketing analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, with experience in Inbound Marketing, esp SEO, Content and Email marketing.
  • Experience executing a marketing strategy using marketing automation systems such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and Wordpress hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Prior / current experience in B2B SaaS based companies is a plus.
  • Organized, hard-working, and should be able to work well under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of SEO – Keyword planner, Keyword analysis, Competitor analysis, report tools
  • Hands-on experience on SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Yoast SEO, etc.
