What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager - FP&A to be a key player in driving the financial strategy and operations at Spyne. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial management, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting the overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights that help shape our growth trajectory.

What will you do?

• Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with financial policies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections aligned with business goals.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support the company’s growth and day-to-day operations.
• Internal Controls: Develop and implement strong internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Cost Optimization: Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements, enhancing overall financial performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with investors and auditors, providing them with required financial data and insights.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring development and performance of all team members.

What you must have?

• MBA, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's/CA/ACCA is a plus).
• 4-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
