What are we looking for?

Spyne is on a supersonic growth path and we are currently looking for someone who is a product specialist and go-to person with great business acumen. This role requires close work with the CEO along with respective business heads to achieve short-term and long-term product objectives. The ideal candidate should have abilities in product management, business acumen, strategy formulation, finance, data analysis, project management & team working. As a product strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization in a consultative manner.

What you would do?

• Work on the new product strategies, mostly 0-1 journey of new product conceptualization and launches in automotive software industry.
• Work with the internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to understand and create product roadmap. Post product roadmap creation, getting it executed with the UX and Development team.
• Measure the post launch metrics and iterate fast to establish Product Market fit, ensure generating first $1M revenue (0-1 journey) on the product.
• Own the Product Marketing function along with the marketing team and ensure that the product reach is wider among the customer base.
• Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
• A super-smart generalist with a great financial acumen, who can figure out the best possible strategy available in the industry and build on top of it.
• Drive projects with the leadership team that allows higher growth
• Be a bridge for communication between the CEO and internal departments, with strong collaborative relationships across the organization. Prepare presentations and updates for internal audiences, summaries of board meetings, or presentations for company-wide meetings.

What you must have?

• BTech from top IITs or Ivy league MBA institute (ISB, top IIMs, top Global MBAs)
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management in high growth startups
• High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources
• Level of attention to detail that is second to none
• Sense of humbleness with no job being too big or too small to undertake
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; Problem solver and self-starter (critical thinking is key)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously
• Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations
• And finally, a great team player who can wear many hats
