for?As the FP&A Senior Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the Senior Leadership Team in making strategic, data-driven business decisions by delivering impactful financial insights and analysis. You will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while also providing analytical support for major initiatives, including M&A activit

ies.

Financial Reporting & Presen

• tations:Prepare detailed analyses, commentaries, and presentations for financial reviews with the Senior Leadersh

M&A

• Support:Assist in building the M&A pipeline by identifying and evaluating opportunities aligned with the company’s growth
• strategy.Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence efforts to support deal evaluation and e
• xecution.Support post-merger integration by aligning financial processes, monitoring synergy realization, and ensuring smooth tra

What yo

• u must have?Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or
• equivalent.Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, M&A, budgeting, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a manageri
• al capacity.Strong expertise in financial analysis, accounting principles, and advanced financi
• al modeling.Proven experience in M&A, including deal evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger
• integration.Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power B
• I, Tableau).Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage with senior leaders and cross-funct
• ional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced
• environment.Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solvi
