What are we looking
for?As the FP&A Senior Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the Senior Leadership Team in making strategic, data-driven business decisions by delivering impactful financial insights and analysis. You will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while also providing analytical support for major initiatives, including M&A activit
ies.

Business Analysis & Ins
- ights:Deliver value-added analysis to support decision-making by presenting meaningful financial metrics and actionable ins
- ights.Develop and present strategic recommendations backed by data-driven analysis to enhance business perfor
mance.
Budgeting and Forec
- asting:Oversee the development and monitoring of the company’s annual budget and rolling monthly for
- ecasts.Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and project val
uation.
Financial Reporting & Presen
- tations:Prepare detailed analyses, commentaries, and presentations for financial reviews with the Senior Leadersh
- ip Team.Provide insights into business performance and identify opportunities to optimize financial o
utcomes.
M&A
- Support:Assist in building the M&A pipeline by identifying and evaluating opportunities aligned with the company’s growth
- strategy.Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence efforts to support deal evaluation and e
- xecution.Support post-merger integration by aligning financial processes, monitoring synergy realization, and ensuring smooth tra
nsitions.
Monthly Collaboration with Busin
- ess Heads:Conduct monthly catch-ups with business vertical or product heads to review performance, address variances, and align financial and operatio
nal goals.
Cross-Functional Col
- laboration:Build and maintain strong relationships with global business teams to ensure seamless information flow and
- alignment.Act as a trusted financial partner to various departments, supporting their strategic and operational
priorities.
What yo
- u must have?Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or
- equivalent.Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, M&A, budgeting, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a manageri
- al capacity.Strong expertise in financial analysis, accounting principles, and advanced financi
- al modeling.Proven experience in M&A, including deal evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger
- integration.Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power B
- I, Tableau).Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage with senior leaders and cross-funct
- ional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced
- environment.Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solvi
ng problems.
