This is a full-time role located in Gurugram, India. (Onsite, 5 days working role). What will you do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and improvement
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate insights effectively
- Drive business outcomes through data-driven recommendations and strategic initiatives
What you must have?
- 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of business operations and market trends
