What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Client Success to head our team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers across US, EMEA, APAC, and other regions. This role will be pivotal in driving growth, retention, customer satisfaction, and team performance while ensuring seamless alignment with our business objectives.

Where are we based?

  • Gurgaon - Work from Office (5 days working). We are a US first company, this requires the leaders to operate in a flexible shift where they can overlap with all the shifts.

What will you do?

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the global client success strategy to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of CSMs and Account Managers across multiple geographies.

Growth & Retention:

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans that align with company revenue goals.
  • Monitor and improve customer health metrics and churn rates.

Customer Delight:

  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring their feedback informs product development and business strategy.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage and optimize workflows, tools, and processes to improve team efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Owing up client success metrics, challenges, and achievements with regular team updates.

What you must have?

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading global teams and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven SaaS products and the automotive retail sector is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups is preferred.
