What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager – Data Annotation to lead and manage large-scale AI data labeling and annotation projects. You will work closely with AI researchers, product teams, and data annotation vendors to ensure high-quality labeled datasets for training Spyne’s AI models.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver, strong communicator, and cross-functional leader who thrives in high-volume AI data environments. If you are passionate about data annotation workflows, process automation, and AI training pipelines, this role is for you! 🚀
📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)

What Will You Do?
- Manage Large-Scale Annotation Projects – Oversee end-to-end AI data annotation projects, ensuring accurate, high-quality labeled datasets.
- Optimize Annotation Pipelines – Design and implement scalable workflows for efficient image, video, and text annotation.
- Develop & Enforce Quality Control Measures – Work with Production teams to ensure labeled data meets AI training standards.
- Automate Data Annotation & Labeling Workflows – Integrate ML-assisted annotation tools and active learning techniques.
- Monitor & Improve Annotation Accuracy – Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to enhance annotation accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance & Data Security – Implement best practices for dataset security, privacy, and compliance.
- Stay Updated on AI & Data Labeling Trends – Research new techniques and tools to enhance annotation speed and quality.
What You Must Have?
🔹 Education & Experience
- BTech/MBA from a Tier-1 institution in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI Data Annotation, AI/ML Training Data Management, or AI Workflow Optimization.
🔹 Technical & Management Skills
- Experience with annotation platforms and pipeline optimization.
- Strong project management and AI data pipeline optimization skills.
- Familiarity with ML-assisted annotation techniques and active learning frameworks.
- Understanding of AI model training workflows and data preparation.
- Expertise in data quality assurance, consistency checks, and workflow automation.
- Systems Thinking – Ability to design scalable annotation pipelines.
- Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven – Ensure error-free annotations with high precision.
🔹 Problem-Solving & Collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and Production teams.
- Experience leading data-related discussions and optimizing annotation pipelines.

- Comfortable working in a high-performance, in-office environment.
