What will you do?

• Drive design consistency and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers & Engineers to translate business needs into seamless UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct user research & usability testing, refining designs based on real customer insights.
• Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Guide and mentor UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What you must have?

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
• Proven track record of leading design teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Expertise in design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and modern design tools.
• Experience working with AI-powered interfaces, generative design, or automation-driven UX (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to advocate for design best practices.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
